Returns & Refunds Policy
At Readi Gear, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post refunds
Condition-Based Refunds
- Items returned used, damaged, or incomplete may be subject to a partial refund
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for returns that do not meet original condition requirements
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
